What we store
- Your email address and name, from Google sign-in.
- Your postcode, and the constituency and MP it resolves to.
- Your issue preferences from the quiz.
- A record that you took an action, and which one — never its contents.
What we never store
The text of anything you write to your MP. Emails open in your own mail client and go directly from you to them; CitizenTech is not in the loop.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers. Your postcode is sent to postcodes.io to resolve your constituency and is not retained by them against your identity.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data or have your account deleted entirely. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your record and your action history.
